Inquiry under the Fatal Accident and Inquiries (Scotland) Act 1976 into the sudden death of James Hutchison

In terms of section 6 of the Fatal Accidents and Sudden Deaths Inquiry Scotland Act 1976 into the death of James Hutchison who, after sustaining injuries in an accident which occurred within Tullideph Nursing Home at approximately 20.40 hours on 3rd December 2002, died on 11 December 2002 at Ninewells Hospital, Dundee.
