Description
In this action the Pursuer sought damages for injuries sustained in a road traffic accident on 9 June 2002 when she was the front seat passenger in a motor vehicle being driven by her husband which was involved in a head on collision with another vehicle. Liability to make reparation was admitted by the Defender.
