CaseCheck Employment Law Job Viewer
Employment Associate/Partner, Edinburgh
by Michael Page International (28 January 2010)
This is an excellent role for either a Senior Associate or a partner in an existing practice, covering both contentious and non contentious Employment matters, and potentially related issues.
Who we're looking for
You will be a Senior Associate or a partner in practice or equivalent seniority in an in house position, and you will be well experienced in all areas of employment, particularly the contentious side. Candidates who have had some pensions exposure would be welcomed, but core employment at a reasonably senior level is key.
You will be confident dealing with senior clients and developing business in the employment area, and in the event that you can point to a following, that would be very useful, but potentially not a key factor.
