The Woodside Opinion: the way forward
The Society of Solicitor Advocates has called an Extraordinary General Meeting on 22 April 2009 at 5.30pm. The meeting will be held at 26 Drumsheugh Gardens, Edinburgh and will consider the Society’s response to the call for a review of the whole question of rights of audience before the higher courts. All solicitor advocates are invited to attend.

San Francisco man Neil Berrett found a sweet way to hand in his notice - by writing his resignation in icing upon a huge cake. According to Berrett's posting on Flickr, he did also submit a paper copy, commenting, "It's hard to file away a cake".
