What information do we collect?
When you register as a user you provide us with information that personally identifies you, including what sort of information you are interested in. One of our reasons for doing this is to provide demographic feedback to our experts and article providers who provide information free for your use.
We will also collect information from you if you complete any other forms on our site or if you contact us with comments or specific requests.
What do we use personal information for?
We want to provide a service which is personalised to each of our visitors. We also want to give you control of what you receive as a result of registering with CaseChecktm. Your personal information will be used:
- to enable such features as password reminders, newsletter updates and links to your website.
- to create usage logs on the User that have registered with us and receive the weekly email update.
We reserve the right to use these logs to provide existing and potential contributors, authors and firms with information about the user base and usage patterns. These contributors may contact you from time to time about their services.

We automatically collect information about your visit to our site. This information is used to make your visit to our site more efficient, and to help us follow browsing preferences on our site so that we can make regular improvements. tm, we offer you a cookie to save your log in details. This means you will not need to use your username and password to access our content when using the computer on which the cookie is stored. However, you will still need to use your username and password to access your profile. The cookie file itself does not store your personal information.
