Jurisdictional Points - 2002 Act and pre-action requirements

This case concerned the Statutory grievance procedure and the Modified procedure. The question was Whether a letter from the claimant’s solicitor set out the basis for her grievance.The EAT held that it did not provide sufficient detail to set out the basis of the Claimant's grievances and the claim was dismissed.
